"Tiger Toast to Jungle Jam A Rainforest Alphabet is a delightful children's book. Written and illustrated by the gifted Sandra Mohr. The words and illustrations work in tandem to bring the rainforest to life as children learn the alphabet. This book has show specie names next to certain animal, such as leaf cutter ants. The armadillo seems to be looking at the ants as the march by with bits of leaves on their backs.
Mohr offers hints of the climate in the rain forest as whe shows hummingbirds hover in the humid air. Children will be thrilled with the illustrations as they look at the sassy snake, zebra wing butterfly and jumping jaguar. This is a book that you will read to your child over and over."
